Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket, players agree to assume the following risks in their entirety and agree to hold the golf course harmless for any accidental injury, illness or death:
- Being struck by errant balls
- Trips and falls associated with wet or uneven surfaces
- Being struck by lightning
Lightning Policy
When you hear thunder or see lightning, please stop playing and seek shelter.
Safety
Players must not play until all players are out of range. Players must ensure no one is standing close or in a position to be struck by their club, ball, or debris while making a swing.
